Terms & conditions
- Your lodge will be available from 3pm. Please vacate your lodge by 10am at the end of your holiday.
- Please not all lodges are non smoking.
- The number of people occupying the premises shall not exceed the number you state on your booking. Maximum occupancy is indicated on each lodge.
- Your initial payment comprises of a deposit of 25% of the total hire charge. The balance of the hire charge must be paid at least 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Wildside Highland Lodges may treat the booking as cancelled if the balance of the hire charge is not sent by this date.
- If the booking is made within 6 weeks of the holiday, payment in full at the time of booking is required. All bookings are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure our data shown on the website is up to date, occasionally due to technical limitations availability on the website cannot be guaranteed; we will confirm your booking in writing.
- The hirer binds and obliges himself to pay Wildside Highland Lodges in respect of loss or damage beyond reasonable wear and tear.
- The hirer shall undertake to prevent any member of his party causing a nuisance or disturbance to neighbouring residents or occupiers.
- Each lodge is cared for and cleaned meticulously. On departure the lodge should be left as clean as it was on arrival.
- Pets can be accepted in certain lodges at a charge of £15.00. Max of two dogs per lodge. Dogs should be kept under control at all times and must not be left unattended on the premises. A £50.00 refundable deposit will be taken for dogs, this will be refunded when your lodge has been checked.
- Liability. Wildside Highland Lodges accepts liability for any loss or damage sustained by you as a result of its negligence or that of the company’s employees, but neither has nor accepts liability for acts of omission, negligence or otherwise of any others persons.
- All bookings are accepted subject to approval of Wildside Highland Lodges
- We recommend you take out holiday insurance. Your initial 25% deposit is non refundable. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the arrival date will be charged 50% of the total cost, cancellations within 2 weeks will be charged 100%.
