Where do i start? When we arrived we were welcomed by Jacquie and what a very warm welcome we got. She took us round to our lodge, gave us a tour and showed us where everything was. She also said that if we needed anything or had any problems to contact them any time of day or night! Neil also arrived and gave us a very warm welcome, then left us to settle in. What a team!!
Inside the lodge, well just awesome absolutly gorgeous. Just as the pictures on the website. I could quite easily live in it, very cosy and the kids loved it. We had daily visits from many different birds, squirrels and our pet pheasant! How cool.
There is the Whitebridge Hotel 5 mins walk away. Not too far to walk after a few drinks. Our kids liked playing pool here. You can also get fresh eggs from the box opposite reception, They are fantastic, large with lovely orange yolks, delicious.
I would say the only thing i could fault if i had to, it'd be good if their was some sort of entertainment at night as the kids sometimes got bored.
So, Jacquie and Neil thanks very much for making our stay a Wildside a very memoriable, enjoyable and special holiday. Keep up all your good hard work and have a totally fantastic day on 3/09/10. Oh yes and enjoy your holiday too. We would love to come back up to Wildside one day.
Thanks again!!

Hi Neil & Jacquie,
Apologies for the delay in sending this email but this is my first chance
to send it since we got back. I know my friend Colette has emailed you
already - she is far more organised than I am!
Firstly Pat and I would like to thank you both for our wonderful stay at
Wildside. Your kindness and hospitality made our stay all the more
enjoyable. You are now guaranteed regular visitors as we are already
planning our next trip (this time with the bike!!).
Wishing you both every best wish and hope all goes well in September -
we'll be thinking of you.

Otter
Over the years I have stayed in many different areas of Scotland and many different forms of accomodation, but I have to say that Otter Lodge is definatley one of the best I have experienced and especialy now that I have a young family. The lodge was exceptional in every way from it's setting to it's interior fixtures and fittings. All we needed to supply was the food. Even fishing rods are provided for free fishing in the river at the bottom of the lodge, how perfect is that. Just wished we could have stayed a bit longer.

Very peacefull location. The nearby pub has excellent food and the locals are very friendly. The lodge was very clean and we found the staff very polite, helpfull and friendly. Our children enjoyed the holiday. Watching the birds outside the lodge and fishing in the river(We thought they would get a little bored. We were wrong). 10/10 We would all love to go back.
